Plush microbes! Sorry to those who have seen this, but the Epstein-Barr virus is sooooooooooooo cute. Quit licking your lips! That's not calamari--it's my H. pylori. Catch 'em all.
I actually go the H. pylori plus microbe for my birthday. It's really cute. A dear friend of mine took it with her on her road trip and photographed the microbe in various places, such as White Sands New Mexico. So now I have a mini photo album of H. pylori's road trip. He was accompanied by a plush Bevo.
I meant to say, "I actually got the..."
I got the epstein-barr virus, but I don't remember it being cute...
you know, that's funny. when I started working in this lab, there was a common cold waiting for me on my desk, too. also from my neighbor.
dammit.

When I started working in this lab, there was a common cold plushie waiting for me on my desk. I got excited about that, like it was some sort of welcome gift from the biomedical engineers. Turns out it belonged to the owner of the neighboring desk and had just spilled over. Maybe that's a good thing.
