Sushi Etiquette - How to Eat Sushi. You're telling me you add wasabi to your soy sauce and dip your nigiri rice side down? What kind of a heathen are you?!?!?!?
But isn't it the case that a proper sushi chef add wasabi to the sushi BEFORE serving? To m knowledge, the only restaurant in town that does that is Kyoto. So you're stuck either spreading it on the sushi directly or adding it to the soy.
that article was about Canadian sushi restaurants. i'm sure that the sushi chefs down here don't mind my dunking their edible art into my soysabi death juice.
oh, and as an aside, have any of you tried smearing Sriracha all over your pizza? I highly recommend it for enhancing the flavor of Sriracha.
