Weird that they left out the way that the Nixon/McCarthy insanity, and the fall of China to Mao destroyed Truman's approval ratings. 1951 had to have been one of the worst years ever to be President.

squinting and looking at the average slope - clinton is the only one with m>0, ford and reagan m~0, all others m<1.
