Looks like the cards lost a pitcher. I bet he was drunk, how else do you strike a vehicle helping another motorist?

I suppose he could have been tuning the radio, changing a CD, talking on the phone, lost in his head, sleepy....
I wonder what kind of towtruck he hit. If it was a wrecker I'm suprised. If it was a rollback, well, it probably cut his head off.
