I meant windows vista ad poster.

That couldn't be an Intel iBook?

It's subliminal, man!

My aunt bought some cheap Taiwanese wintel laptop at the BX that looked a whole lot like an iBook.

there is no intel iBook. The intel version is the macbook and it's thinner than the iBook seen in the picture.

Right. So then it's definitely a PC laptop that looks kinda like an iBook.

Cheap Taiwanese wintel laptop == exactly Microsoft's Vista core market segment

Additionally, when I see that photo, I think:

"HEY! I betchya that this OS will fit right in with my life in Taipei!"

I didn't realize cheap taiwanese notebooks were white, with the same port configuration, and one button just like the iBook. Because I see cheap knockoff pc's all the time with one button trackpads.

The one button trackpad/mouse is a distinctly mac mistake, I mean feature.

sG, you are absolutely correct. I see the error of my ways, and repent vigorously.

In the meantime...

Amen, brother.
