Jeremy Hess, a non-smoker, died yesterday from lung cancer. He was 28.
The funeral will be held on Saturday at 10 AM at The Woody Funeral Home, 1771 Parham Road in Richmond, Virginia.

"Jeremy Thomas Hess, 28, of Richmond, died Wednesday, May 3, 2006. He is survived by his wife of three years, Tara M. Hess; parents, Richard and Sally Hess; a brother, Jason Hess; and his maternal grandmother, Jean McCracken. Jeremy grew up in the Newport News area and graduated from Denbigh High School. He graduated from Virginia Tech in 1999 and worked for Keiter Stephens as a senior associate in the Business Valuation Group. The family will receive friends 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Road, where a memorial service will follow at 11 am."
