This is a video clip of the 'Proper Words Song' from Henry Winkler's Strong Kids, Safe Kids, a video released in the mid 80's that taught kids how to be 'safe'." The song features earnest singing about the correct words for your pee-pee, nay-nay and bottie.
Video is fine, sound may be NSFW but hey they are using the proper words and what's wrong with that?

holy crap, that henry winkler video is absolutely the best. There is another clip from that tape where they teach kids that when they're just saying "stop it!" or "no!" in a quick high pitched voice they are simply ignored. If in danger, they should instead yell out in as deep and loud of a voice as possible, "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" (sounds like foghorn or a goal in a Mexican soccer game). I think that's on one of mrflip's Lost & Found DVDs.
I saw the actual tape for rental at I Luv Video North (on Airport). It was in the comedy section.
