It's been ten days and I just can't resist any longer. A recent post by luloutoo that I thoroughly enjoyed has emboldened me to do something similar and post photos of the recent edition to my household.
Warning to my homies: 30 days ago the sheer obnoxiousness of this post would have made me sick to my stomach. Now, it seems, much has changed.

My Mom looked like she could have killed someone in the hours after I was born.
In this case Blake should have killed someone. They made her go through all the labor and ended up doing a c-section instead. Talk about a raw deal, but you did get a cute kid out of it...

Blake really does look good for all the time she spent in a hospital bed. The baby is cute...no...super cute!

Yeah, Blake was (is) totally awesome through the whole thing. This is going to sound weird, but did anyone ever have those hypnotists come an entertain while at college? Well, the guy that came every year to Hendrix would hold a self-hypnosis class the next day. And Blake went a couple of times and learned how to do it. When the pain got really bad, she completely zoned out on us. She said all of about 3 words in about 12 hours. It was pretty amazing to watch.
Mega congrats to you and Blake. I'm casting a vote as well for super-cute.
